We have all felt the pressure that builds at the peak of the storm. The clouds roll in casting a shadow of darkness—the air becomes thick, heavy, ominous as we await the sweet relief of heavenly thunderbolts to bring the rain and relieve the pressure.
It seemed like everywhere I went this summer, which wasn’t that far, Anger and Tension seemed to surround me and just about everyone I know. I realized how much I personally resisted Anger and found it much more appealing to dead head flowers and listen to the hawks than spend time in traffic and busy stores where everyone seemed to be uptight and irritated. Then one day I decided that with so much Anger around it would be a good time to create a new blend that would assist those of us who resist anger an opportunity to move through it.
This essence combination was quite effective in releasing the thunder that was rolling around inside. Like any storm, renewal is the reward of release and is a welcome alternative to carrying all that density around for any longer than we need to.
