These magical bath potions encourage healing and wholeness through gentleness and awareness. By being aware of what is creating difficulties or challenges, we can choose a bath blend that has been created to address, support and assist us through these various challenges. Essence baths are not the same as essential oils or aromatherapy; they work on energetic and vibration levels and will work best when you work with them daily for three to 21 days, allowing 20 minutes or longer to soak and absorb the essences (hair, too). If you aren’t a bather then you can purchase the shower bottle. Begin with a bath if possible and then use daily in the shower or bath. The blend descriptions may contain quoting of an essence and it's healing qualities that, with much respect, I have tried to keep true to it's original source.
